The idea of the project - to create an unique by comfort and functionality elite recreational complex on the South Coast of Crimea. Except of the modern, beautiful and functional architectural design solutions, it is promoted: a large area of buildings near the resort city - Alushta, own beach (512 m2), the first row of buildings is located in 20 meters from the sea, complex is connected to all utilities (central sewer, water lines, electricity). The complex road leads directly from the highway `Alushta-Sudak`. Shore protection works with the construction techniques have allowed to achieve exceptionally high level of durability of buildings, can defend from the pressure of all natural elements, including storms and earthquakes with magnitude up to 9. The whole project is planned to build 5 rows of sectional buildings with a total area about 40,000 sq. m., including the area for infrastructure - about 7,500 sq. m. Location of buildings on the hill allows each of them to have own sea view. Project also includes marina, slipways for boats, parking and a helipad.
The cost of the project includes:
Land for construction, area of 1,8 ha.
Construction (1 line of buildings): The block № 1 (4 cottage, readiness 85%: 2600 m2). Block № 2 (4 cottage, first floor - 416 m2).
Complex was built with all the standardized indicators of strength. Reinforced housing units made of reinforced concrete and foam concrete. Implemented and coordinated all the necessary engineering, coast and land work. The complex is connected to sewage plants in Alushta and the central conduit, has electricity substation.
Poured beach area of 0.5 hectares.
If desired, the project could be expanded by land plot of 2 hectares, located a little higher (250 meters from the sea). Advantages of a plot: a rectangular shape, smooth terrain, beautiful views of the sea, near the forest, private property of natural person.
